11,000-Acre Fire At 5% Containment After Destroying at Least Three Homes in Lake Hughes Area

Firefighters reported 5% containment Thursday night for the Lake Fire burning in the Lake Hughes area, which crews had been battling for more than 24 hours with no containment as it scorched 11,000 acres and destroyed three structures.
