20-Year-Old Suspected of Attempted Murder In Beach Stabbing Arrested

A 20-year-old man suspected of stabbing a brother and sister in their 20s on a Santa Monica beach was taken into custody, police announced Monday. Ivan Angel Plancarte of San Gabriel was arrested for suspicion of attempted murder.
