Authorities Seeking Suspect In Fatal Hit-And-Run in Santa Monica

Authorities say that the victim may have been struck by two separate vehicles. The second vehicle stayed on the scene, they are looking for a white Dodge Challenger with red racing stripes on the hood as the first.
