BeachLife Festival expects a wave of good vibes despite pandemic and restrictions

But considering what everyone has been through since the start of the pandemic, Sanford thinks there may be an even bigger wave of positive vibes at the sophomore version of the festival when it returns to Redondo Beach this month.
