Body Found In Water At Santa Monica Beach

A body was found Sunday in the water near a lifeguard tower at the border of Santa Monica and Venice. The body was found Sunday morning near Lifeguard Tower 28, near Ashland Avenue, according to the Santa Monica Police Department.
