The new owner of the Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club in Naples has a familiar ring. On Wednesday, MSD Partners LP confirmed that it quietly purchased the club last week. It's the same company that's providing the capital and financing for the redevelopment of the historic Naples Beach Hotel property off Gulf Shore Boulevard.
