California firm enters Florida market with South River Industrial acquisition

Ed Medley LLC, incare of Elion Partners in Miami, sold the two warehouses in Medley totaling 170,000 square feet at 8200 N.W. 93rd St., known as South River Industrial. JLL’s Melissa Rose, Cody Brais and Maddy McMillen helped the buyer obtain a $13 million mortgage from a life insurance company.
