California's long-lost bakery, finally reopened, has been to the moon and back

Helms was the official bread baker of the 1932 Los Angeles Olympics (its sign still sports Olympic rings to commemorate the achievement) and was the first to send bread all the way to the moon via the Apollo 11 mission — just months before the company’s closure in 1969.
