Camarillo man charged with the murder of a missing man whose remains were found in the SM mountains

Jose Velasquez, 35, was reported missing on July 30, 2022 after he "disappeared under suspicious circumstances." He was not located until Oct. 3, when hikers discovered his remains in the Santa Monica Mountains.
