Clearlake agrees to buy Quest Software from Francisco Partners

Clearlake Capital agreed to acquire cybersecurity software provider. Patrick Nichols, Quest’s CEO, will continue to lead the company along with the existing management team. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter.
