Clearlake, Aurora-backed Zywave completes add-on of Insurance Technologies Corp

Clearlake- and Aurora Capital-backed Zywave completed the acquisition of Insurance Technologies Corp, which provides marketing, rating and agency management software to the insurance industry. Zywave acquired the company from Accel-KKR.
