Clearlake, Insight sell Appriss Insights to Equifax for ~$1.8bn in cash

Clearlake Capital and Insight Partners have agreed to sell Appriss Insights, a unit of Appriss, to Equifax in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.825 billion. Appriss Insights provides data and analytics solutions to government agencies and commercial enterprises,
