Damavandi’s Santa Monica resi plan gains weight

Damavandi Capital is increasing the size of its Santa Monica apartment project at 1320 Pico Boulevard, growing from 100 to 147 units. The project would include affordable housing units and environmentally friendly features such as EV charging and bicycle parking.
