DEAR WEHO: New park is drab and uninspired on so many levels

I recently took a stroll thru the new park—it’s hideous beyond description. I am appalled, given the huge about of design and landscaping skills that exist in our community, that it turned out to be so ugly—all at a cost of over $100 million!
