Drawbridge Realty Acquires Arboretum Gateway from Clarion Partners

Arboretum Gateway, which is fully leased to Universal Music Group for its Santa Monica headquarters, was acquired by Drawbridge Realty from Clarion Partners for $185 million, or $819 per square foot.
