Winds are expected to be northeast 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph. These winds will peak into early this afternoon, then again Wednesday afternoon through Thursday afternoon and relative humidity daily minimums of 2 to 10 percent common with very poor to minimal overnight recoveries.
