Franklin Fire in Malibu grows to 4,000+ acres with 30% containment after homes destroyed

The Franklin Fire burning in Malibu, and near Pepperdine University, has grown to more than 4,000 acres with 30% containment. Thousand of people have been forced to evacuate.
