GoodRx, Health-Care Upstart, Is Set to Go Public Today

GoodRx, a health-care start-up backed by Silver Lake, could raise as much as $969 million when it goes public on Wednesday. The Santa Monica, Calif., company is slated to price its initial public offering later Tuesday and trade on Wednesday.
