The Health 202: Most Americans won't be allowed to get a coronavirus vaccine as soon as it's approved

It's unlikely a coronavirus vaccine will be approved by Election Day, as President Trump is suggesting. But whenever the Trump administration does give a nod to a vaccine, it almost certainly won't be available for all Americans.
