Heat Advisory Issued In Santa Monica, LA Coast

Even though Monday's Red Flag Fire Warning is no longer in effect, the National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory. The advisory will be in effect from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday in Los Angeles,
