Heat wave lifts, but now Southern California faces Santa Ana winds, power outages

After a record-breaking heat wave, Ventura County got a bit of reprieve Tuesday morning but gusty Santa Ana winds were on the way. The National Weather Service issued a red-flag warning for Simi Valley and nearby spots Tuesday afternoon.
