Heidinger brings entrepreneurial spirit to 43North's top job

"I was not willing to wear a suit and sit in a cube and do a 9-to-5 job," Heidinger said. "I was very, very adamant that no matter what I did coming back here from Santa Monica, Calif., was going to have an impact on the community."
