Horse, Rider Rescued In Mountains Near Pacific Palisades

A horse and its rider had to be rescued Saturday after the animal bucked off the rider in a remote, mountainous area near Pacific Palisades. It happened before 5 p.m. and firefighters responded to an area of the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area between Rustic Lane and Sunset Boulevard near Will Rogers State Park,
