Hudson Pacific leases half of new Harlow office in Hollywood (PHOTOS)

Hudson Pacific Properties Inc. has secured its first tenant for its new Harlow office building at Sunset Las Palmas Studios in Hollywood. Post-production house Company 3 has leased 70,000-square-feet at the recently completed Class A office development.
