Lorain County judge allows search for deleted video footage of Homolya incident with neighbor

Authorities executed a search warrant June 27 to obtain any deleted footage of an incident earlier this year where Lorain fire Assistant Chief Matthew Homolya reportedly assaulted his neighbor.
