Man arrested after officer pursuing suspect 'ambushed' at Calif. mall

Police in Santa Monica, Calif., on Wednesday captured a suspect wanted in the weekend shooting of two teens in a vehicle, following a pursuit at a Southern California outdoor shopping mall.
