A 39-year-old man who was shot to death in Rosemead was identified by county authorities Thursday. The shooting was reported at about 5:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 3200 block of Gladys Avenue, one block east of San Gabriel Boulevard and a few blocks south of the Santa Monica (10) Freeway,
