Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen’s Enchanted Hill sells for $65 million

On top of a ridge in the Santa Monica Mountains, a 120-acre estate owned by late Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen has sold for $65 million — a deep discount from its original price tag of $150 million.
