Mount Logan and SCIM to acquire certain Resource America Inc assets

Toronto-based Mount Logan Capital Inc and Santa Monica, California-based Sierra Crest Investment Management LLC have agreed to acquire certain assets from Resource America Inc, a Philadelphia-based asset management firm.
