Pacific Coast Highway Crash Snarls Traffic In Santa Monica

Emergency personnel responded to a collision early Wednesday on the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica, according to authorities. The Santa Monica Fire Department tweeted shortly before 5 a.m. that it was responding to a crash in the 1500 block of the highway with possible congestion.
