Pedestrian Killed In Crash With Motorcyclist In Santa Monica ID'd

One person was killed early Tuesday morning in a collision with a motorcyclist in Santa Monica, authorities said. Armando Hernandez, 21, died at the scene, the Los Angeles County coroner's office reported.
