Pedestrian Struck and Killed in Santa Monica Hit-and-Rum Was Homeless

The pedestrian fatally struck by a vehicle on a Santa Monica street in an apparent hit-and-run and then hit by a second vehicle while in the street, was homeless. Paul Sigler was 58-yeaqrs-old, according to the coroner’s office.
