Police: Bel Air on lockdown after reports of subject with gun; police stress there is no confirmed incident

El Paso Police say a text message began circulating at 1:16 pm. of an armed subject in or around Bel Air. Police say there has been no confirmed incident at the school, but the school is on lockdown.
