Police Investigate Suspicious Package Near Downtown Santa Monica

Police in Santa Monica Sunday were investigating a suspicious vehicle in the downtown area. SWAT responded to 7th Street, between Arizona Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard, at 12:41 p.m., according to Santa Monica police.
