Police seek man who robbed bank in Santa Monica

A suspect entered the bank located at 1401 Wilshire Blvd. about 4:10 p.m. on Sept. 2 and handed a bag and a letter to a teller that “indicated the intent to rob the bank,” according to the Santa Monica Police Department.
