Redcar plans 75K sf office building in Santa Monica

Redcar Properties aims to build a 75,000-square-foot office building in Santa Monica. The Santa Monica-based developer has filed plans to construct the four-story building at 3122 Nebraska Avenue, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
