Report suggests Newsom might not be afraid to challenge Kamala Harris in 2024

A new report from CNBC said Vice President Kamala Harris and California Gov. Gavin Newsom have been "engaging" with wealthy Democratic donors in recent weeks, which suggests the two may have their sights set on respective presidential runs in 2024 if President Joe Biden decides not to seek a second term as the nation's top executive.
