Richard Bloom Drops Bid For LA County Board Of Supervisors Seat

Assemblyman Richard Bloom, D-Santa Monica, dropped his campaign for the county Board of Supervisors Tuesday, saying he will focus on serving out the remainder of his term in the Legislature.
