Rosemont mall expansion called off, meaning theater stays put

Rosemont officials on Wednesday put an end to the long-rumored possibility of an expansion of the Fashion Outlets of Chicago -- which would have spelled an end to the Rosemont Theatre -- and setting up a tax increment financing district to help fuel the redevelopment.
