San Bernardino students say they're forced to sit on hot asphalt, can only use bathroom once a month

Students at a San Bernardino middle school have been complaining to parents about having to sit on hot asphalt during PE class, classrooms without air conditioning, and a bathroom policy that only allows students to use the restrooms once a month.
