San Francisco e-scooter company expands in Phoenix, launches in Tempe

San Francisco-based electric scooter company Spin is adding to its fleet in Phoenix and launching in Tempe on Friday. Spin, a unit of Ford Motor Co. (NYSE: F), is tripling its black-and-orange scooter fleet in Phoenix to 900 scooters from the initial 300 it launched in September.
