Santa Monica High School Artists Invited To Virtual Downbeat 720

Downbeat 720 is inviting high school students in Santa Monica to perform virtually this year. The event is the city's longest open-mic for high school performers, continuing the tradition of 19 years of creativity from local youth and going in the pandemic.
