Santa Monica Police Seek Witnesses in Deadly DUI Incident on Beach

The Santa Monica Police Department is requesting assistance from the public as it investigates a tragic fatality that occurred Thursday, October 17. A woman, identified as Sherese Allen, 34, was fatally struck by a vehicle on the sand near the 1400 block of the beach.
