Santa Monica's New Entertainment Zone Launches This Weekend With Outdoor Alcohol Option

SANTA MONICA - Starting this weekend, visitors to the Third Street Promenade can drink alcoholic beverages outdoors as Santa Monica rolls out its new Entertainment Zone - the first of its kind in Southern California.
