Second Palisades Resident Killed In Van Nuys Plane Crash Is Named

Palisades resident Jill Young was killed in the plane crash near Van Nuys airport on September 11, a coroner announced. The crash also took the life of 62-year-old pilot Jim De Varennes, owner of Palisades Roofing and Construction.
