SMC Corsair Photojournalist Wins Top PPAGLA Award

Santa Monica College (SMC) student photojournalist Yasamin Jafari Tehrani—who is on the staff of SMC’s student-run news outlet The Corsair—has won the 2019 Richard Turner Student Photojournalist of the Year from the Press Photographers’ Association of Greater Los Angeles (PPAGLA).
