Sole Source Capital buys Peak-Ryzex and Optical Phusion

Sole Source Capital has acquired Peak-Ryzex and Optical Phusion Inc. No financial terms were disclosed. Both Peak-Ryzex and Optical Phusion are providers of automatic identification, data capture and factory automation solutions.
