Suspect arrested after random stabbing sends two victims to the hospital

The Santa Monica Police Department arrested an as yet unnamed suspect after a victim was stabbed at the entrance to a downtown parking structure on Sunday night. SMPD sent an alert at about 9 p.m. describing an investigation into the incident near Downtown Parking Structure #7 (4th & Broadway).
