Torrance reverses course on issuing street sweeping citations

Torrance has backtracked on resuming issuing citations for vehicle owners who don’t move their parked vehicles on street sweeping days as it planned to do July 27 in the wake of the stricter stay at home orders reimposed last week as coronavirus cases and hospitalizations rise alarmingly in California.
