TrueCar adds 3 new roles to C-suite, plus a board member

TrueCar Inc. has filled out its C-suite with three new roles as part of its ongoing strategic restructuring, as well as added new member to its board. Kristin Slanina is joining the Santa Monica, California-based automotive digital marketplace as chief operating officer — a newly created role at the company.
